Summer is almost here! This time of year, many of us make the decision to lose a few pounds before we hit the pool. But what if you already had habits in place promoting a healthy lifestyle? If you’re interested in increasing your overall health for the rest of your life, you may want to consider Take Shape For Life!
Take Shape For Life is an optional program that puts Sedera Members in contact with a health coach that works one-on-one with you to help achieve your health goals.
Health coaches will offer you ways you can change your diet to increase optimal nutrition, plan out exercise routines, and suggest ways to form healthy habits you can keep for life. Members that have opted into this program have had great success and only have positive feedback.
Sedera gladly offers this program to our members because when our members actively seek to live a healthier life, their increased health is a great asset to the whole Sedera community. Whatever your goals are, we want to help you achieve them.
